Refund and Returns Policy

Gamers’ Haven LLC accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and sent back in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, usage, or product-specific reasons. Any applicable exclusions are clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Cash refunds are not offered. In cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect, a replacement or store credit may be provided when appropriate.

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when an item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with their order details so we can review and resolve the issue.

To start a return, please contact support@gamershavenar.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
